41. ACCEPT DONATIONS FROM NEUROCRINE BIOSCIENCES, INC. FOR TARDIVE DYSKINESIA MEDICATIONS Accept donations from Neurocrine Biosciences, Inc., for Tardive Dyskinesia medication (Ingrezza) to be provided at no cost to Maricopa County Correctional Health Services (CHS). By establishing partnerships with pharmaceutical companies to obtain Ingrezza medications at no charge, CHS aims to continue delivering these essential treatments, thereby stabilizing patients who may benefit significantly and potentially reducing rates of criminal recidivism. Donation funds are not local revenues for the purpose of the constitutional expenditure limitation, and therefore, expenditures of these revenues are not prohibited by the budget law. The approval of this action requested does not alter the budget constraining the expenditure of local revenues duly adopted by the Board pursuant to A.R.S. §42-17105. (C-26-25-007-X-00)
