27. EXECUTIVE COMPENSATION PACKAGE FOR ADDITIONAL LEAVE Approve an Executive Compensation Package (ECP) for Vincent Iaria, an unclassified Director - Probation in Juvenile Probation, effective February 16, 2010. If approved, this ECP agreement will authorize a deposit of 80 hours of Sick Leave into Vincent Iaria Sick Leave balance effective February 16, 2010. This ECP is necessary because when Vincent Iaria was hired this was part of the hiring agreement and was necessary to be able to recruit a qualified Director. (C-27-10-007-2-00)
