22. AMENDMENT TO SUBGRANTEE AGREEMENT WITH THE STATE OF ARIZONA, GOVERNOR’S OFFICE FOR CHILDREN, YOUTH AND FAMILIES FOR THE JUVENILE ACCOUNTABILITY BLOCK GRANT Authorize the amendment for a no cost extension of a sub-grantee agreement between the State of Arizona, Governor’s Office of Children, Youth, and Families, Grantor, and the Maricopa County Juvenile Probation Department (JPD). Authorize the Chairman of the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors to sign all agreement documents and the Juvenile Probation Department to sign all budget and grant scheduling documents. The term of the grant will be extended from October 1, 2015 through June 30, 2016. Grant revenues are not local revenues for the purpose of the constitutional expenditure limitation, therefore, expenditures of these revenues are not prohibited by law. The overall grant budget will be adjusted as necessary to accommodate this grant through a future reconciliation by the Juvenile Probation Department. (C-27-16-003-2-00)
