18. EXEMPTION FROM COUNTY MARKINGS AND ISSUANCE OF NON-GOVERNMENTAL LICENSE PLATES Approve an exemption from County markings and issuance of non-governmental license plates per A.R.S. § 38-538.03 for vehicle #521617 and #521618 issued to the Juvenile Probation Department (JPD) Juvenile Electronic Monitoring (JEM) Program as these vehicles are utilized in surveillance operations. Upon approval of this agenda item vehicle information including year, make, model and vehicle identification number will be provided to the Clerk of Board. (C-27-16-007-2-00)
