19. JUVENILE PROBATION DIVERSION FUND TRANSFER Per ARS 42-17106(B), authorize the following amendment to the FY 2017 budget: 1) Decrease the expenditure authority for the Non Departmental (D470) Non Departmental Grant (249) Non Recurring, Non Project (1001) Contingency in the not to exceed amount of $10,000.00. 2) Increase the expenditure authority in the Juvenile Probation (D270) Juvenile Probation Diversion (275) Non Recurring, Non Project (1001) in the not to exceed amount to $10,000.00. These actions will have a County-wide net impact of zero and they do not alter the budget constraining the expenditure of local revenue duly adopted by the Board pursuant to ARS 42-17105.
