18. JUVENILE PROBATION DIVERSION RESTITUTION FUND TRANSFER Approve an operating fund transfer of $15,000 from the Juvenile Probation Grant Fund (227) to the Juvenile Restitution Fund (229). Also, in accordance with ARS 42-17106(B), authorize the following amendment to the FY 2016-17 Revised Budget: 1) Increase the FY 2017 revenue and expenditure appropriation for Juvenile Probation (D270) Restitution Fund (229) Operating (OPER) by $15,000. 2) Approve offsetting decreases to the revenue and expenditure eliminations in the Eliminations Department (D980) Eliminations Fund (990) Operating (OPER). These actions will have a County-wide net impact of zero, and they do not alter the budget constraining the expenditure of local revenues duly adopted by the Board pursuant to ARS 42-14105.
