AFFILIATION AGREEMENT WITH UNIVERSITY OF ARIZONA , ARIZONA HEALTH SCIENCES CENTER Approve an Affiliation Agreement between Arizona Board of Regents acting on behalf of The University of Arizona, Arizona Health Sciences Center (Colleges of Medicine, Nursing, Pharmacy, and Public Health), and Maricopa County through the Office of Medical Examiner, for the purpose of providing coordinated clinical educational programs for the education and training of health science students and to cooperate in the development of settings for coordinated clinical, educational, research and public service programs of interest to the University and Maricopa County. This Affiliation Agreement is non-financial. The term of this Agreement is June 15, 2008 and shall terminate on June 14, 2009. (C-29-09-004-3-00)

33. AMENDMENT TO THE AFFILIATION AGREEMENT WITH ARIZONA BOARD OF REGENTS Approve Amendment No. 1 to a(n) Affiliation Agreement between Arizona Board of Regents (acting on behalf of The University of Arizona, Arizona Health Sciences Center) and Maricopa County through the Office of Medical Examiner. The purpose of this amendment is to provide coordinated clinical education and training of health science students. This amendment is non-financial and is effective from 4/1/2014 until 12/31/2019. All other terms and conditions of the Affiliation Agreement remain in full force and effect. (C-29-09-004-3-01)
