48. IGA WITH YAVAPAI COUNTY FOR MICROSCOPIC SLIDES Approve an Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) between Yavapai County and Maricopa County through the Office of Medical Examiner, in the not-to-exceed amount of $25,000 The purpose of this Intergovernmental Agreement is to produce microscopic slides for Yavapai County. This Intergovernmental Agreement is effective from September 16, 2009 until June 30, 2011. Also approve per A.R.S. §42-17106 an appropriation increase in the Medical Examiner's Office (290) General Fund (100) Operating budget (0000) revenue and expenditures in the amount of $25,000 associated with this action. Intergovernmental Agreement revenues are not local revenues for purposes of the constitutional expenditure limitation, and therefore expenditure of the funds in not prohibited by the budget law. This budget adjustment does not alter the budget constraining the expenditure of local revenues duly adopted by the Board pursuant to A.R.S. §42-17105. (C-29-10-002-3-00)

37. AMENDMENT TO INTERGOVERMENTAL AGREEMENT WITH YAVAPAI COUNTY Approve Amendment No. 1 to an Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) between Yavapai County and Maricopa County through the Office of Medical Examiner in the not-to-exceed amount of $25,000. The purpose of this amendment is to revise the language in the original agreement. This amendment is effective from October 21, 2009 to June 30, 2011. All other terms and conditions of the Intergovernmental Agreement remain in full force and effect. Item withdrawn (C-29-10-002-3-01)
