ADDITION TO FLEET Approve the permanent addition to the fleet (1) 2013 Haulmark Industries/Model PPT6X121DS2 6X12 V-Nose Enclosed Trailer, valued at $3,722 for the purpose of transporting morgue equipment in response to a mass fatality event. Funding for this vehicle is from the Department of Public health- Office of Preparedness and Response (861), Grant Fund (532). Annual operating and maintenance costs are estimated at $300 to be paid out of the Office of the Medical Examiner (290) General Fund (100). A detailed cross-referenced list of vehicle identification numbers is kept on file in the Clerk of the Board’s Office. (C-29-13-002-V-00)
