Maricopa County shall cover the Interns and the services provided by the Interns under any applicable risk insurance policies on the same basis as a volunteer of Maricopa County. Approval of this agenda item will serve as Board authorization and acceptance of individual internship agreements entered into under the established Internship Program through June 30, 2017. Individual agreements between the participating schools and ME may allow for extensions or renewals. Approval of this agenda item will further serve as Board authorization and acceptance of the provisions of the agreements extended or renewed through June 30, 2017.
