56. IGA WITH STATE ATTORNEY'S OFFICE, 20TH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT, FLORIDA Approve an Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) between the Office of the State Attorney, 20th Judicial Circuit (SAO), Florida and Maricopa County through the Office of Medical Examiner, in the not-to-exceed amount of $100,000. The purpose of this IGA is to set forth the responsibilities of the parties for the provision of the original Medical Examiner to SAO in legal proceedings originating in the State of Florida, 20th Judicial Circuit. This IGA is effective from March 11, 2015 until March 10, 2020. Upon receipt of funds and pursuant to ARS §42-17106(B), approve revenue and expenditure appropriation adjustments to the Office of Medical Examiner (290) Medical Examiner General Fund (100) associated with the agreement in the amount of $10,000 for FY 2015.
