37. AFFILIATION AGREEMENT WITH MAYO CLINIC Approve an Affiliation Agreement between Mayo Clinic and Maricopa County through the Office of Medical Examiner, for the purpose of providing a coordinated clinical educational program for the education and training of medical students. This Affiliation Agreement is non-financial and is effective from October 1, 2017 until September 30, 2022. This Agreement may be extended for up to four (4) additional one (1) year periods or any portions therefore, through a duly executed amendment signed by both Mayo and OME. Either party may, at any time and without cause, cancel this Agreement by providing the other Party with ninety (90) days advance notice. (C-29-18-003-3-00)
