INTERGOVERNMENTAL LETTER OF AGREEMENT WITH MIHS FOR LAB SERVICES Approve Intergovernmental Letter of Agreement between the Maricopa County Special Health Care District dba Maricopa County Integrated Health Systems (MIHS) and Maricopa County by and through the Office of the Medical Examiner to address laboratory testing services purchased from District by the County.
