37. IGA WITH CHANDLER-GILBERT COMMUNITY COLLEGE Approve a non-financial agreement between Maricopa County on behalf of the Office of the Medical Examiner (OME) and the Maricopa County Community College District (MCCCD) for and on behalf of Chandler-Gilbert Community College (CGCC). This IGA is effective upon date of final signature, for a term of five (5) years. The purpose of the IGA is to provide continuity planning in the event of an emergency which impacts operations at OME’s downtown location, by allowing OME to utilize MCCCD’s Mortuary Science Building located on the Williams Campus of CGCC. 45. AMENDMENT TO IGA BETWEEN MARICOPA COUNTY AND MARICOPA COUNTY COMMUNITY COLLEGE DISTRICT Amendment No. 1 to extend the term of this non-financial Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) between Maricopa County (on behalf of OME) and Maricopa County Community College District (on behalf of Chandler Gilbert Community College) for an additional five years, through May 6, 2030. This IGA allows the parties to partner for continuity planning in the event of an emergency which impacts operations at the Office of the Medical Examiner (OME). All other provisions remain unchanged. (C-29-20-008-3-01)
