38.CONRAD 30 PHYSICIAN EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT Approve a contract required by the State of Arizona in order to apply for a Conrad 30 J1 Visa waiver. If granted, this waiver means the potential employee, a Medical Examiner, does not have to return to his home country for two years (a condition of the J1 visa he was granted as a student).
