63. NON-FINANCIAL DATA EXCHANGE AGREEMENT WITH ARIZONA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION Retroactively approve a non-financial, data exchange agreement between the Arizona Department of Transportation, Motor Vehicle Division and Maricopa County Office of the Medical Examiner. The agreement was fully sign ed by representatives from both agencies and is considered effective as of March 7, 2022. This agreement allows OME to access driver license photos, aiding in identification of decedents. Also approve the Chief Medical Examiner to sign other paperwork ass ociated with this Agreement. The initial term is 36 months. Both parties may mutually agree to extend the term for up to an additional 36 months by entering into a new written agreement or “Joint Letter of Renewal.” (C-29-22-016-X-00)
