MODIFICATION OF OFFICE OF MEDICAL EXAMINER SERVICE FEE Set a public hearing, as required by ARS 11-251.08, for July 27, 2022 at 9:30 a.m. to solicit comments on a proposed fee change for body pouches provided by the Office of the Medical Examiner. The p roposed changes do not exceed the cost of the service to provide body pouches to funeral homes when requested. The proposed fees include the cost that OME pays to purchase the body pouches plus OME’s established indirect rate of 19.62%. Following the pub lic hearing, the Board is requested to adopt the proposed fee changes. (C-29-22-022-X-00)
