AGREEMENT WITH BANNER - UNIVERSITY MEDICAL GROUP Approve an Agreement between Banner – University Medical Group and Maricopa County, acting for and on behalf of the Maricopa County Office of the Medical Examiner, for reimbursement of graduate medical education administrative costs incurred by Banner in supporting the Medical Examiner’s application for a Fellowship Program through the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME). Initial costs are estimated at $17,500, with annual costs thereafter estimated at $10,000. The term of this agreement begins upon the date of the final signature and is for one year, unless terminated earlier. The agreement automatically renews for additional one-year terms, unless terminated by either party. Authorize the Chief Medical Examiner and Director of OME to sign documentation required for administration of the Fellowship Program. (C-29-22-024-X-00)
