MODIFICATION OF OFFICE OF MEDICAL EXAMINER SERVICE FEE Convene a public hearing, as required by ARS 11-251.08, to solicit comments on a proposed fee change for body pouches provided by the Office of the Medical Examiner. The proposed changes do not exceed the cost of the service to provide body pouches to funeral homes when requested. The proposed fees include the cost that OME pays to purchase the body pouches plus OME’s established indirect rate of 19.62%.
