AFFILIATION AGREEMENT WITH MAYO CLINIC ALIX SCHOOL OF MEDICINE Approve an Affiliation Agreement between Mayo Clinic (through its Mayo Clinic Alix School of Medicine) and Maricopa County through the Office of the Medical Examiner. The purpose of this agreement is to provide coordinated clinical educational programs for medical students. This agreement is non-financial and is effective from October 1, 2022 until September 30, 2027 with the option to extend for up to four additional one year periods through an amendment signed by both Mayo Clinic and OME.
