33. AFFILIATION AGREEMENT WITH WEST VIRGINIA UNIVERSITY BOARD OF GOVERNORS Approve an Affiliation Agreement between West Virginia University Board of Governors (on behalf of West Virginia University and the Eberly College of Arts and Sciences) and Maricopa County through the Office of the Medical Examiner. The purpose of this agreement is to provide educational development of students in forensic and investigative science programs, utilizing these students in a volunteer capacity. This agreement is non-financial and is effective from April 1, 2024 until March 31, 2029 with the option to extend for up to four additional one year periods. Authorize OME to sign the renewals.
