AMENDMENT TO USE MANAGEMENT AGREEMENT (VICTORY LANE SPORTS CENTER) WITH KCCM ENTERPRISES, LLC Approve Amendment Three to the Use Management Agreement between Maricopa County and KCCM Enterprises, LLC entered into April 15, 1991 in order to execute administrative changes to the Agreement pertaining to utilities and utility payment. Term of the Agreement is from April 15, 1991 to June 30, 2019 with one (1) twenty-five (25) year renewal option remaining. There is no financial impact. (C-30-06-032-1-02)

79. AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT WITH KCCM ENTERPRISES, LLC (VICTORY LANE SPORTS COMPLEX) Approve and authorize the Chairman to execute Amendment Four to Use Management Agreement with KCCM Enterprises, LLC, dba Victory Lane Sports Complex to continue to manage and operate the sports complex at Adobe Dam Regional Park. The County and KCCM Enterprises, LCC, will enter into this Amendment Four, upon approval of the Board of Supervisors, that will extend the term until June 30, 2044, and KCCM Enterprises will continue to operate and manage the Victory Lane Sports Complex under the same terms and conditions that currently exist under the Use Management Agreement (CS 915129), as amended.
