44. AMENDMENT TO IGA WITH ARIZONA BOARD OF REGENTS Approve and execute Amendment No. 3 to the Intergovernmental Agreement between Maricopa County and the Arizona Board of Regents on behalf of Arizona State University, University of Arizona and Northern Arizona University as amended (C-30-07-011-2-02) (“Agreement”). Amendment No. 3 will extend the term of the Agreement five (5) years, from November 2, 2026 until November 1, 2031 and will increase the amount for defined research and planning projects.
