75. AMENDMENT TO USE MANAGEMENT AGREEMENT WITH CASEY AT THE BAT Approve and execute the Amendment Four (“Amendment Four”) to the Use Management Agreement (“Agreement”) between Maricopa County and Casey at the Bat, Inc. (“Concessionaire”) (C-30-08-027-1-04). The purpose of Amendment Four is extend the term for five (5) years beginning June 24, 2023, through June 23, 2028, to modify fee schedule, and to provide additional maintenance responsibility for the Concessionaire of vacant land. Supervisory District: 3 (C-30-08-27-1-04)
