39. DONATION POLICY WAIVER FOR PARKS AND RECREATION Approve a waiver for the Parks and Recreation Department to section C.2 of Policy A2508 Policy for Receiving Donations, requiring a monthly report of donated funds to the Board of Supervisors for FY 2008-09. According to section C.3 the Parks & Recreation department maintains a segregated Donation Fund approved annually by the Board during the budget cycle and therefore requests a waiver to the monthly reporting policy.
