41. AMEND FIVE-YEAR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM Pursuant to A.R.S. 42-17106(B), approve the following: 1. Amend the FY 2008-09 Five-Year Capital Improvement Program in the Non-Departmental (470) General Fund County Improvement Fund (445):a. Decrease the Park System Master Plan Project (PSMP) project expenditure budget by $80,000 in Year 1 (FY 2008-09) to $132,344.b. Increase the Visitor Centers and Amphitheaters (VAMP) project expenditure budget by $80,000 in Year 1 (FY 2008-09) to $ 4,386,859.The net impact to the overall county budget is zero.
