67. AGREEMENT AND FUNDS FROM U.S. FISH AND WILDLIFE FOR WHITE TANK NATURE POND ENHANCEMENT PROJECT Approve a Cooperative Agreement and accept funds from U. S. Fish and Wildlife Service for a Nature Pond Enhancement Project at the White Tank Mountain Regional Park. The term of the agreement is ten years from date of last signature. The amount of the award is $13,000. The grant does not allow for indirect cost recovery. The departments indirect rate for FY 2010 is 45.5%. Total unrecoverable indirect costs are estimated to be $5915. Also, approve an appropriation adjustment to Parks and Recreation Department (300) Parks and Rec. Grants fund (230) Non-Recurring /Non-Project (0001), increasing the FY 2009-10 revenue budget by $13,000 and the expenditure budget by $13,000. These funds are non-local revenues for the purpose of the constitutional expenditure limitation and therefore expenditures of these revenues are not prohibited by the budget law. (C-30-10-029-2-00)
