44. COLLECTION AGREEMENT WITH STATE OF ARIZONA GAME AND FISH DEPARTMENT FOR CONSTRUCTION OF BOATING ACCESS FACILITIES Approve and execute a Collection Agreement for Construction of Boating Access Facilities with the State of Arizona Game and Fish Department which will be constructed at Aqua Fria Conservation Area in Lake Pleasant Regional Park under this Collection Agreement and transferred to Maricopa County for ownership. The Arizona Game and Fish Department will fund these boating access facilities in the amount of $266,667. This agreement includes a $20,000 grant to Maricopa County Parks and Recreation. The effective date of the Agreement is upon date of the final signature on this Agreement and will remain in force until written Department acknowledgement of completion of the work or June 30, 2012, whichever occurs first. Also, approve an appropriation adjustment to Parks and Recreation Department (300) Parks and Recreation, Grants fund (230), Non recurring / Non project (0001), increasing the FY2010-11 revenue budget by $20,000 and the expenditure budget by $20,000. These funds are non-local revenues for the purpose of the constitutional expenditure limitation and therefore expenditures of these revenues are not prohibited by the budget law. The indirect cost recovery rate for Parks & Recreation is 7.30% or $1,460.00. This grant does not allow for indirect cost recovery. (C-30-10-033-G-00)

19. AMENDMENT TO COLLECTION AGREEMENT FOR CONSTRUCTION OF BOATING ACCESS FACILITIES Approve Amendment No. 1 to an Intergovernmental Agreement between Arizona Game and Fish Department and Maricopa County through the Parks and Recreation Department. The purpose of this amendment is to extend the agreement period. This amendment is non-financial and is effective from June 30, 2012 until June 30, 2014. All other terms and conditions of the Intergovernmental Agreement remain in full force and effect. Agenda C-30-10-033-G-00 approved the Collection Agreement for boating access improvements at Agua Fria Conservation Area at Lake Pleasant Regional Park. The time period is being extended to facilitate completion of all phases of construction and improvements. (C-30-10-033-G-01)
