50. AMENDMENT TO COMMERCIAL MANAGEMENT CONCESSIONS AGREEMENT WITH BARRETT OUTFITTERS LLC Approve Amendment One to the Commercial Management Concessions Agreement (C-30-11-006-3-00) entered into between Maricopa County and Barrett Outfitters, LLC on September 1, 2010 in order to manage, operate and maintain a commercial concession within the Maricopa County Regional Park System. Amendment One exercises three of the one-year Renewal Options and makes some administrative changes to the Agreement. Term of the Agreement is, upon approval and execution by the Board of Supervisors from September 1, 2010 (“Effective Date”) through December 31, 2014 with seven (7) one (1)-year renewal options remaining. Guaranteed revenue for Maricopa County Parks and Recreation Department (Department 300) (Fund 240) throughout the term of the Agreement is $150. (C-30-11-006-3-01)
