39. EXPENDITURE APPROPRIATION FOR LAKE PLEASANT REGIONAL PARK VISITOR CENTER REMODEL AND UPGRADE Pursuant to A.R.S. § 42-17106, transfer FY 2010-11 expenditure appropriation of $200,000 from the Non-Departmental (470) Non-Departmental Grants Fund (249) Non-Recurring/Non-Project (0001) to Parks and Recreation Department (300), Lake Pleasant Recreation Services Fund (240) Non-recurring/non-project (0001). In Non-Departmental, the adjustment will be made in the line item “Potential Expenditures from Fund Balance” line. Approval of this action will allow the Parks and Recreation Department to complete upgrades to the Lake Pleasant Regional Park Visitor Center. (C-30-11-020-2-00)
