USE MANAGEMENT AGREEMENT WITH NORTHSIDE HORSE OUTFITTERS, LLC Approve the Use Management Agreement between Maricopa County and Northside Horse Outfitters, LLC in order to construct, manage, operate and maintain a horse riding concession within Estrella Mountain Regional Park. 36. ASSIGNMENT OF USE MANAGEMENT AGREEMENT WITH NORTHSIDE HORSE OUTFITTERS DBA CORRAL WEST HORSE ADVENTURES Approve an Assignment Agreement among Maricopa County, Northside Horse Adventures LLC dba Corral West Horse Adventures and Corral West Arena LLC, regarding the Use Management Agreement (UMA) between Northside Horse Outfitters LLC dba Corral West Horse and Maricopa County, originally approved on November 17, 2010. Pursuant to the Assignment Agreement, Maricopa County consents to the assignment of the UMA from Northside Horse Outfitters LLC dba Corral West Horse Adventures to Corral West Arena LLC for the management, operation and maintenance of a horseback riding and western cookout concession at Estrella Mountain Regional Park, all detailed in the UMA. Maricopa County originally entered into a UMA with Northside Horse Outfitters LLC dba Corral West Horse Adventures (C-30-11-025-3-00) on November 17, 2010. Corral West Arena, LLC will be acquiring Northside Horse Outfitters LLC dba Corral West Horse Adventures’ interest in the UMA. All underlying property interests will remain with Maricopa County in accordance with the Agreement. Northside Horse Outfitters LLC dba Corral West Horse Adventures requested the assignment in accordance with Section 6.5 of the UMA. All conditions of the Agreement remain unchanged except for the development timeline, as it has been deleted. The new timeframe for development shall be approximately one year from the date of the execution of this Assignment Agreement, but in no event shall the new timeframe for development be more than two years from the Assignment Agreement. Documentation provided by Corral West Arena LLC indicates they have the financial assets, management and operations experience so that the horseback riding and western cookout concession at Estrella Mountain Regional Park will continue to be a viable recreational asset open to all persons of Maricopa County. Initial term of the Agreement is from November 17, 2010 through June 30, 2021 with one (1) ten (10) year renewal option remaining. This item is located in Supervisory District No. 5.
