49. SPONSORSHIP PROGRAM - MARICOPA COUNTY PARKS AND RECREATION DEPARTMENT Approve the intent of the Invitation for Bid for Sponsorship Program – Maricopa County Parks and Recreation Department (“IFB”) released in April 2010 and authorize the Maricopa County Parks and Recreation Department (“Parks and Recreation Department”) to develop a listing of approved sponsors based on the criteria in the IFB. Authorize the Parks and Recreation Department, through its Director, to add additional sponsors and perform required administrative action to carry out the sponsorship agreements with identified sponsors on behalf of the County. Approve the Sponsorship Agreements between Maricopa County and Absolute Steel, Bodnar Boat Works, Holiday Inn Express and Suites – Peoria, and Robert Morrison Agency in order to participate as a sponsor as part of the Maricopa County Parks and Recreation Department’s Sponsorship Program. Term of the Agreement is from the Effective Date, the date executed by the Board of Supervisors, for a three (3) year term. There are no renewal options. This is a non-revenue Agreement.
