COMMERCIAL MANAGEMENT CONCESSIONS AGREEMENT WITH THE ARIZONA FISHING GUIDES, LLC Approve the Commercial Management Concessions Agreement between Maricopa County and The Arizona Fishing Guides, LLC in order to manage and operate a commercial fishing guide concession within the Maricopa County Regional Park System. Term of the Agreement is from the Effective Date, the date executed by the Board of Supervisors, through December 31, 2011, with ten (10) one (1)-year renewal options. 41. AMENDMENT TO COMMERCIAL MANAGEMENT CONCESSIONS AGREEMENT WITH THE ARIZONA FISHING GUIDES, LLC Approve Amendment One to the Commercial Management Concessions Agreement (C-30-11-032-3-00) entered into between Maricopa County and The Arizona Fishing Guides, LLC on February 9, 2011 in order to manage, operate and maintain a commercial concession within the Maricopa County Regional Park System. Amendment One exercises three (3) of the one (1) - year Renewal Options and makes some administrative changes to the Agreement. Term of the Agreement is, upon approval and execution by the Board of Supervisors from February 9, 2011 (“Effective Date”) through December 31, 2014 with seven one-year renewal options remaining. Guaranteed revenue for Maricopa County Parks and Recreation Department (Department 300) (Fund 240) throughout the term of the Agreement is $150. (C-30-11-032-3-01)
