COMMERCIAL MANAGEMENT CONCESSIONS AGREEMENT Approve the Commercial Management Concessions Agreement between Maricopa County and White Tanks Riding Stables, LLC in order to manage, operate and maintain a commercial concession within the Maricopa County Regional Park System. Term of the Agreement is, upon approval and execution by the Board of Supervisors, April 1, 2011 (“Effective Date”) through December 31, 2011 with ten (10) one (1)-year renewal options. AMENDMENT TO COMMERCIAL MANAGEMENT CONCESSIONS AGREEMENT WITH WHITE TANKS RIDING STABLES LLC Approve Amendment One to the Commercial Management Concessions Agreement (C-30-11-034-3-00) entered into between Maricopa County and White Tanks Riding Stables, LLC on February 23, 2011 in order to manage, operate and maintain a commercial concession within the Maricopa County Regional Park System. Amendment One exercises three of the one-year Renewal Option and makes some administrative changes to the Agreement. Term of the Agreement is, upon approval and execution by the Board of Supervisors from April 1, 2011 (“Effective Date”) through December 31, 2014 with seven (7) one (1)-year renewal options remaining. Guaranteed revenue for Maricopa County Parks and Recreation Department (Department 300) (Fund 241) throughout the term of the Agreement is $150. (C-30-11-034-3-01)
