TERMINATION OF COMMERCIAL MANAGEMENT CONCESSION AGREEMENT WITH PLEASANT WATER SPORTS, LLC Approve and execute the termination (Termination) of the Commercial Management Concession Agreement (CMCA) entered into between Maricopa County and Pleasant Water Sports, LLC (Concessionaire), as successor to Arizona Outdoor Fun Rentals, LLC, for the management and operation of a watercraft rental and other recreational amenities at Lake Pleasant Regional Park (C-30-11—037-3-00) dated March 16, 2011, as amended. Concessionaire notified Maricopa County of its intent to terminate the CMCA as the Concessionaire moved its jet ski rental operations to Scorpion Bay Marina. The effective date of the Termination of the CMCA shall be the date of the last signature to this Termination. Supervisory District No. 4. (C-30-11-037-3-03)
