53. IGA BETWEEN MARICOPA COUNTY PARKS AND RECREATION DEPARTMENT AND THE FLOOD CONTROL DISTRICT OF MARICOPA COUNTY Approve an Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) between Flood Control District of Maricopa County and Maricopa County through the Parks and Recreation Department, for the purpose of identifying and defining the roles, rights, responsibilities and liabilities of the District and the County regarding the establishment and operation and maintenance of the Maricopa Trail Project within the vicinity of and east of 115th Avenue at the Tres Rios Levee and interior Drainage System project into the Maricopa County Regional Trail System. This Intergovernmental Agreement is non-financial and is effective from June 22, 2011 until June 22, 2061. (C-30-11-054-3-00)
