44. SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT BETWEEN NEWPATH NETWORKS, LLC AND MARICOPA COUNTY THROUGH THE PARKS AND RECREATION DEPARTMENT Approve a(n) Agreement between NewPath Networks, LLC and Maricopa County through the Parks and Recreation Department, in the not-to-exceed amount of $10,000.00. The purpose of this Agreement is to compensate Maricopa County for the unauthorized entry upon, construction within and use of County Property at McDowell Park for the electrification of a cellular antenna tower. This Agreement is effective from 11/02/2011 until December 2, 2011. (C-30-12-013-3-00)
