55. AMENDMENT TO COMMERCIAL MANAGEMENT CONCESSIONS AGREEMENT WITH AGUA FRIA BOAT COMPANY, LLC Approve Amendment One to the Commercial Management Concessions Agreement (C-30-12-016-3-00) entered into between Maricopa County and the Agua Fria Boat Company, LLC on November 8, 2011 in order to manage, operate and maintain a boat-based tour, water taxi, and water shuttle concession from the waters of Lake Pleasant within the Maricopa County Regional Park System. Amendment One expands the scope of the concession to include boat-based special events, authorizes the dispensing of alcohol during special events and makes other administrative changes to the Agreement. Term of the Agreement is from November 8, 2011 through December 31, 2013, with ten (10) one (1)-year renewal options. There is no financial impact. (C-30-12-016-3-01)
