31. ADDITION TO COUNTY FLEET AND CAPITAL FREEZE EXCEPTION FOR PURCHASE OF ONE VEHICLE Approve a permanent addition to the County fleet and a capital freeze exception for one all terrain vehicle for San Tan Mountain Regional Park. This will result in a net increase to the County fleet of one vehicle. Parks and Recreation is requesting the purchase of one all terrain utility vehicle (4x4 Mule) to allow for access to trails and off-road areas of San Tan Mountain Regional park for maintenance and repair.
