2. VULTURE MOUNTAIN REGIONAL PARK MASTER PLAN Presentation regarding the Vulture Mountain Regional Park Master Plan. At the conclusion of the presentation, approve the Vulture Mountain Regional Park Master Plan. Bureau of Land Management (BLM), Maricopa County Parks and Recreation Department (MCPRD) and stakeholders have participated in joint planning summits and public meetings for the Wickenburg Master Trails Plan (WMTP). From this, the Vulture Mountain Regional Park Master Plan was developed. Four alternatives were developed and presented to stakeholders and the public for review.
