32. IGA WITH THE CITY OF PEORIA FOR ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AT LAKE PLEASANT REGIONAL PARK Approve an Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) between the City of Peoria and Maricopa County through the Parks and Recreation Department for the purpose of cooperation, collaboration and forming of a strategic alliance for economic development of portions of the Lake Pleasant Regional Park to enhance recreation and tourism opportunities and support services. This Intergovernmental Agreement is non-financial and is effective from January 11, 2012 until January 11, 2017. The Parties agree to cooperate to identify developable sites with the greatest potential of private or non-profit sector investment for the development of resort, land-based recreation, restaurant, water-related recreation, marina enhancements and ancillary facilities.
