53. ARENA MANAGEMENT AGREEMENT WITH NORTHSIDE HORSE OUTFITTERS, LLC Approve the Management Agreement between Maricopa County and Northside Horse Outfitters, LLC (“Manager”) for the management, operation and maintenance of the Arena Complex located at Estrella Mountain Regional Park. Term of the Agreement is from the Effective Date, September 1, 2012, after being executed by the Board of Supervisors, through December 31, 2022, with a ten (10) year renewal option. Known Expenditure Impact for Maricopa County Parks and Recreation Department (Department 300) (Fund 241) is $142,000.00 for a Management Fee. There is no specific projection of revenue, but it is anticipated that revenue will, at a minimum, be equal to expenditure impact. (C-30-12-026-3-00)

43. TERMINATION OF THE USE MANAGEMENT AGREEMENT WITH NORTHSIDE HORSE OUTFITTERS FOR ARENA COMPLEX LOCATED AT ESTRELLA MOUNTAIN REGIONAL PARK Approve the termination (Termination) of the Use Management Agreement entered into between Maricopa County and Northside Horse Outfitters, LLC, for the management, operation and maintenance of the Arena Complex located at Estrella Mountain Regional Park (C-30-12-026-3-00) dated September 1, 2012 (UMA). Termination is requested as the concessionaire is retiring. The effective date of the Termination of the UMA shall be the date of the last signature to this Termination. This item is located in Supervisory District No. 5. (C-30-12-026-3-01)
