AMENDMENT TO LICENSE AGREEMENT FOR USE OF REAL PROPERTY AT USERY MOUNTAIN REGIONAL PARK Approve and execute Amendment 1 to the License Agreement for Use of Real Property between Maricopa County, a politica l subdivision of the state of Arizona, and the Flood Control District of Maricopa County, a political subdivision of the State of Arizona. This Amendment One shall be effective retroactive as of July 31, 2022. Either party may terminate this Agreement wit hout cause by giving thirty (30) days’ advance written notice to the other of intent to terminate. Supervisory District #4. (C-30-13-004-3-01)
