CONSENT TO USE AGREEMENT, APN 503-53-024H WITH ARIZONA PUBLIC SERVICE FOR USE OF REAL PROPERTY FOR CONSTRUCTION AND OPERATION OF THE MARICOPA TRAIL Approve the Consent to Use Agreement, APN 503-53-024H, between Maricopa County Parks and Recreation and Arizona Public Service for the occupation of the Use Area to allow for trail segment construction of the Maricopa Trail. The Use Area is commonly known as the Westwing Substation and is situated on a parcel of real property, recorded in Docket 8482, Page 301, and Docket 8474, Page 352, records of Maricopa County, Arizona.
