31. TERMINATION OF COMMERICAL MANAGEMENT CONCESSIONS AGREEMENT WITH ANGIE'S AMERICA'S FOODIE Terminate the Commercial Management Concessions Agreement entered into between Maricopa County and Angie’s America’s Foodie. Terminate the Commercial Management Concessions Agreement (C-30-13-008-3-00) entered into between Maricopa County and Angie’s America’s Foodie on November 28, 2012, for managing, operating and maintaining a commercial food concession within the Maricopa County Regional Park System. Maricopa County Parks and Recreation Department received a written request on March 7, 2013 for termination due to dissolution of the partnership. Terminate the Agreement effective upon approval by the Board of Supervisors. There is no financial impact. (C-30-13-008-3-01)
