33. NEW COMMERCIAL MANAGEMENT CONCESSIONS AGREEMENT WITH CLIFF CREEK OUTFITTERS INC, DBA DESERT VOYAGERS Approve a new Commercial Management Concessions Agreement with Cliff Creek Outfitters, Inc, dba Desert Voyagers that will allow this Concessionaire to manage, operate and maintain a guided kayak concession from the waters of Lake Pleasant within the Maricopa County Regional Park System. Cliff Creek Outfitters, Inc. dba Desert Voyagers will provide guided kayaking tours to the recreational public at Lake Pleasant Regional Park. The Concessionaire is responsible for all costs associated with the operation, maintenance, safety, as well as all licensing and permits. The term of this Agreement is from the Board of Supervisors approval through December 31, 2013, with ten (10) one (1) year automatic renewal options. (C-30-13-014-M-00)

49. AMENDMENT TO COMMERCIAL MANAGEMENT CONCESSIONS AGREEMENT WITH CLIFF CREEK OUTFITTERS, INC. DBA DESERT VOYAGERS Approve Amendment One to the Commercial Management Concessions Agreement (CMCA) entered into between Maricopa County and Cliff Creek Outfitters, Inc., DBA Desert Voyagers, on March 27, 2012 (C-30-13-014-M-00). Amendment One will add a scope item to the agreement for the Concessionaire’s right to manage, operate, and maintain a stand-up paddle board based tour, from the waters of Lake Pleasant.
