35. CALL FOR BIDS AND AWARD A CONTRACT TO CONSTRUCT THE WHITE TANK MOUNTAIN REGIONAL PARK RV DUMP STATION Authorize the Chairman to call for bids to construct the White Tank Mountain Regional Park RV Dump Station AND award a contract to the lowest responsible bidder if the bid does not exceed the engineer’s estimate by more than 10%. This project is construction of a new RV Dump Station. The project engineer, Ritoch-Powell & Associates, have prepared the specifications and contract documents for this project. This project will ensure that we are meeting the needs of our campground visitors and increase revenue by extending the length of stay in the park. (C-30-13-017-M-00)
