64. NEW COMMERCIAL MANAGEMENT CONCESSIONS AGREEMENT WITH INLAND WATER DIVERS, LLC Approve a new Commercial Management Concessions Agreement with Inland Water Divers, LLC that will allow this Concessionaire to manage, operate and maintain a commercial concession for scuba diving from the waters of Lake Pleasant Regional Park, within the Maricopa County Regional Park System. Inland Water Divers, LLC will provide a commercial concession offering scuba instruction and certification and, in doing so, this Concessionaire will be providing an additional service to the recreational public. The Concessionaire is responsible for all costs associated with the operation, maintenance, safety, as well as all licensing and permits. The term of this Agreement is from the Board of Supervisors’ approval through December 31, 2013, with ten (10) one (1) year automatic renewals, unless either party gives prior notice of intent not to renew.
