77. AMENDMENT TO SHARED WELL WATER AGREEMENT BETWEEN MARICOPA COUNTY AND ARIZONA AGRIBUSINESS AND EQUINE CENTER, INC. Approve and execute Amendment One to the Shared Well Water Agreement between Maricopa County (County) and Arizona Agribusiness and Equine Center, Inc. (AAEC), an Arizona non-profit corporation, to exercise the ten (10) year term extension commencing August 21, 2023, through August 20, 2033, and other administrative changes.
