34. NEW COMMERCIAL MANAGEMENT CONCESSIONS AGREEMENT WITH SUNSET TOY RENTALS, LLC Approve a new Commercial Management Concessions Agreement with Sunset Toy Rental, LLC that will allow this Concessionaire to manage, operate and maintain a commercial concession from within the Maricopa County Regional Park System. Sunset Toy Rental will provide watercraft and recreational vehicle rentals within the Maricopa County Regional Park System and in so doing will be providing an additional service to the recreational public. Watercrafts will be rented for use at Lake Pleasant; Recreational Vehicles will be used throughout the Park system. The Concessionaire is responsible for all costs associated with the operation, maintenance, safety, licensing and permits. The term of this Agreement is from the Board of Supervisions Approval through December 31, 2014, with ten (10) one (1)-year automatic renewal options. (C-30-14-026-M-00)
